We accept all open dental plans. As a courtesy to you, we will file all your required forms and accept direct payment from any plan that allows it. Please check with your insurer to see if you have any limitations on the particular dentist you are allowed to see. We are participants in Delta, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Gulfstream family plan, United Concordia, Guardian, Medicaid/Peachcare as well as others. Please review our Office Financial Policies at your first visit for more details, or ask Michelle, Vikki, or Cecilia for information.
